Seriously the maps are bigger and murder cabs are gone, swarms shoot like assault rifles and now all I see is an occasional drop ship from time to time, it's frustrating to me and I'm not even specced into AV, I just have the Dren Swarms. I can't even imagine how you guys feel. All you have to shoot at now is a few red turrets and I just say **** it throw down three remotes with my logi, why waste time running swarms.
I feel for the tankers too, they get wiped out quick by any decent squad. Tanks should last longer or be much, much cheaper. **** it make the MLT tanks free. I wanna blow some **** up.
Ok kidding with free MLT tanks that could be bad :) but the variety of the game is gone since the last update. All I play with now is the AR as the only weapon I would use besides it is the ASR which is pretty much the same thing just more expensive. I'm skilled into the AR so the fact that it was way OP now didn't bother me at first but now the game has gotten extremely monotonous.
Before I could break out a scout shottie or my HMG or if I really wanted to be a prick my mass driver and have a lot of fun but the AR is too much of a beast to do that and be competitive.
It needs a lot more than just free MLT vehicles but atleast that would give people a reason to run something other than the AR. |

they already do this, just have to have the ISK. Free tanks pop like nothing without skills into the modules that go on them and you'd still have to pay for those modules.

You can max the exact same fitting as the old free LAVs for less than 30k ISK and no skills, so that's what you should have to do if you want one. Murder cabs are gone because you can't just bump someone with a car anymore you have to be full speed or crush them into a wall. You also can't push them and kill them anymore, tanks can but lavs cant. I used to push heavy blueberries with my car in pub matchs to get them into the center of the map quicker now people just slide off.
Making people pay for LAVs was to me just a quick fix for the murder cab problem, now that the updates out I don't see how it could hurt having more vehicles running around to blow up. Since the update I think I've been run over only once and I've completely taken off all AV nades from my suits.
I also have the elite pack w/ blue print vehicle and I brought blue print modules so money has nothing to do with my post, it's more about getting vehicles back on the battlefield and making DUST less like AR 514. |

Highlighted the point there. Where would the risk - reward system be? As to getting more vehicles in most of the pilots I know are saving isk for the future vehicle update. The risk is more tanks some having pretty dope MLT tanks with proto modules. I can make a pretty nasty MLT tank but it'd still cost me quite a bit. My arguments more for the cars but I don't see too big a problem with free MLT tanks as long as there's still a spawn limit like with lavs.
The reward is giving people a reason to run swarms, forges, and av nades. I only pull out my swarms when I see a tank, which is rarely now. Before I could run a whole game with swarms out as there were plenty of vehicles spawning in to shoot at but now once you're done blowing up turrets there's no point in having them out. |

Dude you quoted my whole post but apparently didn't read it. I have pretty much all the BPOs for suits and vehicles, money has nothing to do with my post. It's more about getting more vehicles on the maps. |

No murder cabs were the problem, which they fixed. Free MLT vehicles just put more of them on the map. |
