You really want 1 guy spawning in a tank battalion for the rest of their team?

they already do this, just have to have the ISK. Free tanks pop like nothing without skills into the modules that go on them and you'd still have to pay for those modules.

EDIT - Just trying to think of more ways to get vehicles into battle.

So murder taxis are gone and you want free LAVs back? Hell no, I wanted free LAVs gone before they were a problem. You can max the exact same fitting as the old free LAVs for less than 30k ISK and no skills, so that's what you should have to do if you want one. I'm sorry, but everything in New Eden needs a value (except of course starter fits so you can at least spawn in if worst comes to worst, which even then I don't think we need as many as they give you).

As to getting more vehicles in most of the pilots I know are saving isk for the future vehicle update.
Till then I still run a MLT transport with random junk I want to get rid of whenever I'm bored

Murder cabs are gone because you can't just bump someone with a car anymore you have to be full speed or crush them into a wall. You also can't push them and kill them anymore, tanks can but lavs cant. I used to push heavy blueberries with my car in pub matchs to get them into the center of the map quicker now people just slide off.

Making people pay for MLT LAVs was to me just a quick fix for the murder cab problem, now that the updates out I don't see how it could hurt having more vehicles running around to blow up. Since the update I think I've been run over only once and I've completely taken off all AV nades from my suits.

I also have the elite pack w/ blue print vehicle and I brought blue print modules so money has nothing to do with my post, it's more about getting vehicles back on the battlefield and making DUST less like AR 514.

Just free LAVs, seriously AV is useless now.

Because LAVs allow heavies to not be the point defense they were designed to be by CCP and they don't have time to recall that LAV because want to jump out and shoot people in the face.

What is exactly so hard about paying 30k ISK for a simple LAV?

Well then you have three options as far as I see it,

1. Kill the people before the LAV is destroyed, then get back in and continue roaming.
2. Get a buddy to cab you around so you never have to leave the LAV unmanned.
3. Upgrade your LAV so it can withstand a little more.

If this is the tactic you want to use then you should have to pay for that tactic, just like everyone else has to pay for whatever tactics they want to use.

Free LAVs are what got us into this mess in the first place.

I don't know ask all the players who stopped calling in vehicles, everyone is cheap I suppose.




Dude you quoted my whole post but apparently didn't read it. I have pretty much all the BPOs for suits and vehicles, money has nothing to do with my post. It's more about getting more vehicles on the maps.

With the cap on vehicles the real drivers and pilots would rarely get to call in their high dollar rides because all the blueberries were spamming the free ones too.
