Is there any way that you can flag an existing character to be able to see the new tutorials? A few of us want to provide feedback but have all of our character slots full up.

That's actually a good question. I have no idea at this stage. While I would recommend you just make a new account, you would be better off asking that question in the thread for the dev blog when it gets published.
