nothing to guarantee vehicle survival after 1.5, all they guaranteed is that vehicles and hopefully AV will be completely reworked, they said nothing about vehicles surviving it or being killed by it. |

Well, seeing as how long it took them to adjust the AR and flaylock
and forge gun still isn't nerfed..
I'd say if vehicles are OP they'll let it run for no more than - 2 hours.
Then crash the servers to a grinding halt, half EHP, decimate ammo, and raise the ISK/SP cost by a billion percent. |

Not, sadly. In case you missed it ( and that would be easy since it was just in an offhand post by LogiBro in a ' please 1.5 patch notes thread', there will be not vehicle rebalance in 1.5

Do I want it done right? Yes. Should it have been done right in 1.0? Yes. Will we all have to wait for an indetermitebly long amount of time to get 'there'? Apparently yes.
Why? We keep coming back to this point over and over and over. Like a dead horse that refuses to drink, CCP will not see the wisdom in honest and open communication and transparency with the few thousand people who are most commited to seeing Dust make it....that would be us, btw.
Want maps? I want a frickin' ROADMAP! Show it to me. Be honest about where we are, why we are here. Where we are going and how we will get there. Don't have all the answers CCP? Tell me That. If you would just be honest with your very niche p,ayerbase you could weld us into the kind of diehard loyal seed population that dust really needs to weather the stormy seas ahead.
No vehicle pass in 1.5. That is not the elephant in this room. The biggest issue is ccp's insistence on silence regarding where we are headed and how they intend to sail this ship there. |
