So here we goGǪ
Low City Socket with Disk Structure GÇô Outside the city and under the disk there is a texture glitch that caused my tank to instantly explode.
I submitted my first Trouble Ticket when I lost 2 vehicles in the same map, the second was a test to make sure I wasnGÇÖt hit by anything player related.
First Trouble Ticket Response I received compensation for my losses, an apology, and assurance that it would be fixed.
So a few days went by and the same thing happened.
This time I submitted ticket with reference to my first ticket so the person handling it could quickly get the story. The second Trouble Ticket GOT ABSOLUTELY NO FORM OF COMPENSATION with an apology stating that the game is a work in progress.
When I issued the statement as follows:
GÇ£So to be clear:
1)You know itGÇÖs an issue.
2)You give 1 refund
3)You donGÇÖt fix the problem causing the issue
4)You then deny all further requests resulting in your error that you know about.GÇ¥
The response was:
GÇ£Hi,
We are working on a fix and the fix will be deployed as soon as possible.GÇ¥
Shame on you CCP, for all of your support your company has absolutely NO INTEGRITY.
For all your glitches that I deal with, for all your game mechanics that need work, for your content that your promise to eventually deliver, this pretty much sums up what the world should know about how you handle problems.

They did apologise and state they were fixing it after paying for your tanks the first time. |

A few days to fix a glitch like that is a bit of a high expectation.
If you dont' want to lose the tank don't go in there.
If you want to test the glitch use something cheaper.
It's just a tank, think your over dramatizing it a bit. |

Its the fact the second time from the same issue no such compensation was offered.
If you know its problem and its causing your customers problems, should you just tell them to kiss off after it happens more than once?
Most places that know its a technical problem that is no fault of the players will issue compensation until they resolve it. Not just tell you "Our bad, play more and buy more" |

I am not rage quitting, for all the trolls.
Just make sure when you are putting gold plating a POS, you know that they have only one priority.
Refunding takes them seconds to do, using Aurum and ISK on tanks tanks me a little longer. Its a consideration factor. |

Hey, is no problem.. i have already Rage Quitted about 500 times in Dust 514, I am Rage Quitting right now because the aim-assist.
Rage Quitting is part of Dust 514, we all understand. |

CCP didn't deploy a patch two days after I told them too, so they are a horrible company. I will relay this message to all of the worlds media outlets so that they may know the tyranny that is CCP.
It takes time to fix these things. When they do fix it, they post about it. Driving a tank into that bugged place not once, but twice, isn't really advised until you see them say something about it. |

So I should waste tanks "avoiding" problem areas, instead of holding the company responsible for replacing a "virtual" item that costs them nothing to do so? Never go into business my friend...never. |

TL;DR: Wrong forum section, use the actual map names, be patient.
There is a top-level section to these forums called "DUST 514 Map Feedback". In there you will find threads on each map, with names and a grid system so that you can pass rough coordinates on to the people that handle the maps. Instead of posting in General Discussions, where our goal is to troll you into the dirt, why don't you post there where a helpful developer by the name of CCP LogicLoop will read and probably respond to the issue.
The current high-speed development cycle for DUST is about 4 to 5 weeks long followed by a few weeks at Sony for additional quality assurance. Figure your issue might be assigned to the next cycle you're still looking at two months if its not something they can hot fix on the server. Probably a fair amount longer.

Their responsibility ended with "we're working on it." and issuance of a refund the first time around when you were genuinely surprised.
It is your responsibility to not reproduce the glitch endlessly, and keep getting full refunds on used vehicles.
Logical enough, or are you that committed to continuing this useless rant?
