Athena has a point, you get 10 WP for someone using your hive, and 25 when they spawn. If I have 2 hives down in good locations and 2 uplinks down in decent locations I will get far more points from the uplinks as the hives are very rarely used(as in I'll get maybe 40 WP from my hives and 400+ from my uplinks). |

Oh, so he lays out ten uplinks and then bitches about it. Real swift.
Well, you'll be looking harder for ammo soon. I'll probably skip hives entirely when the scanner yields WPs. No sense in fitting stuff that will just get left behind. Scanner, rep tool, and uplinks will probably be my standard post nerf fitting. |

Athena claims people are laying down loads of nanohives and restocking them at supply depots, and calls it 'glitching/exploiting'.
Then has the gall to post in this thread saying, "no nanohives because uplinks give more points"

Not quite, at least nothing to that effect in the first 3 pages of that thread. Athena is complaining that kills aren't rewarded as much as she(presumably as Athena is a goddess) believes that they should(comparatively). I don't agree as a logi or as a heavy.
That thread definitely offers an unpopular opinion in the OP, but having one or even many unpopular ideas or input doesn't mean that all of the ideas and input from that source is invalid or not valuable. |

Have you tested this? I know the descriptions say 72 nanite clusters, but I think the PRO nanohives might use them more efficiently - as in, you get twice as much ammo for each nanite cluster, so you fill up faster and the hive doesn't burn up as fast as the STD or ADV varieties.

i dont carry nanos cuz i got forced to use uplinks in my assault suit in one of the corps i was in and now its a habit and i save the nanos for my self when i need it |
