Due to the new scope and massive range the LR has, it has now gotten out of hand. Has anyone else got sick of this? All I see now is beams of light coming from everywhere and the fact it cuts thru armor as well as shields at the same rate is ridiculous. The LR is supposed to be strong against shields but the fact it can cut thru 400 HP of armor in 2 seconds is a bit much. As you try and out flank them the beam of light just follows you without error. So by the time you do reach the target you are either dead or near death and easy to finish off. With the Aim bot or whatever you call it being extremely proficient I have had the light actually go around corners and still connect. Now combine three or more of these in a group and good luck. The concept of the LR goes against all physics, the further light travels from its source the weaker it becomes. It is the opposite for this weapon. It should be a plasma beam and not a LR.

I am not asking for a nerf. I am just venting because this is now the fourth weapon that has been spammed to oblivion. TAC AR, Flay Lock, Fused Locus Grenade, and now the LR. Am I the only one sick of the flavors of the months. Its not the players fault so much as it is CCP for not releasing all weapons and balancing them correctly. I'm done venting, now the trolls can begin there usual get no where BS.

No. All they did was change the scope and ADS speed...Hardly anyone used it before those 2 changes. Just leave it alone.

If you get out of its goldilocks spot it only does 1-30% dmg.
Even if your in it, ARs still out do them.

Do most people forget the laser rifle tickles at point blank?

The AR is supposed to be strong against everything but the fact it can cut thru 800 HP in 1.5 seconds is a bit much. As you try and out flank them the aim assist just follows you without error. So by the time you do reach the target you are either dead or near death and easy to finish off. With the Aim bot or whatever you call it being extremely proficient I have had the rounds actually go around corners and still connect. Now combine three or more of these in a group and good luck. The concept of the AR goes against all physics, plasma shouldn't be able to travel so fat in an atmosphere and retain so much energy for as long as it does in this game.
