I cant imagine the best players really care, seeing as how they are the best players.
it would makes sense to me that the worst players should be the ones complaining, since they need a reason as to why they suck so bad...
now im sure you have names in mind when you say the best players... but if those names are getting out done by noobs with AA, then, they aren't the best players anymore...
this game is in dire need of growth, and still to small to make room for the clubhouse mentality. you should be fostering its growth instead of attempting to segregate it into groups of who's opinion does and doesn't matter...
Hold on - the best DS3 users, who are the best in dust, are irrelevant in a discussion started with, "To be fair get kid of KB/M because its unfair?" Really? Are you sure just didn't find an opening to start a rant? I didn't even mention kb/m.... did you understand my post, or even read it? "This game needs growth thus AA is good." Right? ... Did EVE care about growth? So why the sudden caring? I think this has more to do with CCP's failure to do something right then them considering the noob experience. I never said this game needs AA for growth... read it again... get someone to help you with the big words... excuse me - but I've been drinking, care to TL;DR? The Simple fact is Aiming in uprising was bad because they added Acceleration to your joystick so it kept getting faster and faster the more you inputted....
this made aiming feel like using a deadfish... WOOPS to far WOOPS not far enoguh WOOPS WOOPS WOOPS... This aiming Sucks Rage quit!!!!!!
They removed this... to a degree.. and tweaked hit detection as everyone was complaining about it.
We went from no aim assist and terrible aiming mechanics to good aiming mechanics and aim assist stronger then borderlands.
Its literally fixing a problem that never existed and now that makes giving a computer generated aiming system o.k. suddenly?
The problem with uprising aim was fixed without aim assist.... and AR's aren't OP if you actually have to aim for yourself, and track moving targets for yourself with your input not just assisting a computer to stay on target.
People talking about this "texas two step" bullshit are the people who want everyone to stand still and shoot each other... and that is just ******** and everyone knows it. |

Well on PC shooters, most normal players turn to Hacks & Aimbots really fast and accuse anyone of using one if they get beaten so they can feel better about their loss. Even if you beat their aimbot they then ask what aimbot you are using because it seems better then what they got ....i mean like dafuq? |

Your logic flies in the face of thousand years of recorded history. Women in general aren't faster or stronger than men. Sun Tzu trained one hundred concubines to serve as active soldiers for one of his patrons. One of Tzu's tenets is that discipline beats talent one hundred times out of one hundred. He wrote a little treatise on battlefield tactics and philosophy that people still read reverently to this day: (I.e. by real soldiers.) Study of it is required at Annapolis, The M++rwik, The royal military academy, places like that.
What was its name again? "The art of flowers?" "The art of painting?" "The art of cooking?" Can't quite remember it. It's something like that.
Heck, I remember reading about how the Roman legions dominated the west for centuries by having their best soldiers race ahead of everyone else and fight by themselves. True fax, yo. All that biz about The legionaries using teamwork, strategy, and discipline to own anyone who went against them was political care bear b.s. designed to appease casuals. |

Were you trying to make a point beyond "Team work is important?" Skill is important too. And Sun Tzu is irrelevant here. The discussion isn't wether or not the top players can still win - TP is proving that. The discussion is Aimbot makes bad players feel good needlessly. |

If that's fine with you then why don't you just admit you're bad and needed the crutch I play with KB/M Also, a person who better understands maps and where people are (a.k.a. use tactics) will most of the time do better than someone who just reacts faster and aims better without using tactics. Being skilled at shooters helps make up for this but tactics will always win first, skill dosent help if the people shooting you can get the drop on you.
Yes you are right tactics can help but whats the benefit you get from playing tactical when you can't hit you opponent? Whats the benefit of flanking sneaking and surprise attacks without the ability to kill the opponent.
Regarding "skill" tactics is only half the win, the ability to aim and track your target is the other. Sure a tactical player will most likely win over a rambo when both have equal skill in aiming but a tactical player will not and should not win if he is not able to deliver the final blow... |

No, actually I made the point, it was pretty clear cut and easy to follow; it even included real-world references to historical--ohhhhh, wait, this is an internet forum argument, where we can pretend someone didn't write something contextual to the discussion at hand, because it goes against someone's stated opinion, right? Gotcha.
And now the discussion is about people feeling good? And people feeling good or whatever, annoys you? What kind of a greasy-haired, wrist cutter logic is that? Emoooooo. |

Nah. I just didn't have any catchy 90's era Christina Aguilera singles I could weave into a pithy comeback. That would make look like some dude in his early to mid-thirties making dated references to stuff I remember from High school in reference to stuff I'm mad about in my serious video game.
