I realize That 1.4 was supposed to fix some of the equipment issues but I still find it difficult.
It is not so much a problem with infantry but for vehicles which of many Activated equipment
It sucks being in the tank and getting hit, to turn your hardeners on and then when trying to turn your Repper on....... turn off your hardeners
This would not happen if active equipment or equipment that infantry have were to be put in quadrants rather than right beside each other on the wheel
Anyone else experienced this? |

I think maybe if they keep the current system , but give us the option to hit link items to a d-pad direction. so hardeners are top right on the wheel , reppers are top left...but reppers are hotlinked to the right tap on Dpad so in a fix you can just activate it in one push while still knowing which one youre using. |

As a kbm player, I find 1.4 harder than 1.3 when it comes to selecting equipment and, particularly, issuing orders.
I really wish CCP would make the keyboard controls mappable and allow me to select items/orders by using the number keys.
IMO, that would be much better and more intuitive than trying to make a mouse try to emulate a DS3.

Remove the weapons from the "equipment menu" and space them out there is no reason to have the weapons in there when we can easily switch between weapons through mouse wheel or whatever the ds3 is |

i wish that instead of letting going you clicked X on what you want to activate so i don't have to try and spam R1 to bring up the menu and hope it reads it right. |

I am a keyboard and mouse player as well so I would much rather have keys that I can set rather than the wheel but if I have to deal with the wheel it would be better if the modules were in quadrants rather than beside each other |

I'd love to be able to map modules to my D Pad, it would be so useful, not only would it reduce instances of mis selection, it would considerably speed up how quickly I can activate a module in reaction to enemy fire. |

They should make pressing the r2 button bring up the wheel like it does now but also makes the d-pad directions serve as alternate mappable buttons while the r2 button is held |
