I went and bought the elite pack for my second character and thought i would get the option to choose my placement of goods to my preferd character but made the mistake of buying it with my main character not realising i couldnt choose my placement of goods. Thought after explaining my case to ccp so they could swap it over to my other character they said no, and sfter all the money i spent on this game, like im going to need 2 elite packs on same guy. come on ccp get it together. |

This is what support tickets are for. Hurry up and file it. I had a similar problem and they fixed it right away but they told me the only reason they could fix it was because the sale was fresh or something.
But yeah, file that ticket pronto. |

What I was going to say earlier is that I filed a ticket for nearly the same problem and they fixed it right away. Not very helpful but there it is. |

I bought a$20 merc pack on the wrong character. I only bought it for the aurum and the boosters so I asked for the 30 day active booster to be transfered to my main. They transferred it instantly. |

That is some seriously poor customer service right there. They got your money, who cares which account it goes to. If you are seriously pissed you could always do a charge back on your credit card, of course they may ban your PSN account as a result. |

I'd raise more tickets if I were you, you know that what they say about persistence overcoming resistance is completely true, they'll hopefully get sick of you and could potentially have to give you a free pack for your other character.
I'd also recommend you to contest the charge with your credit card company if you still get no success in raising tickets.
Also, this is effectively an error in their programming because if you buy it from the PS store, you get to allocate the stuff to whichever character you please but if you buy it within the game, you're screwed! |

try to petition again honestly lol. make it clear you're not seeking refund, just transfer... any reasonable CSR should be helpful since you dropped at least $199 on a F2P lol

Don't start a new ticket. Escalate the current one. Otherwise, you'll get the same response. Ask to escalate to senior GM. |
