What I'm trying to say is if CCP keep this up with all this over priced items, I don't see a lot of player buying anything in the future. I do hope CCP do add something that encourage and reward player to used Aur in the near future.
Also I don't believe anything anyone say what they do for a living on the internet, as most of the time it a lie. Not trying to offend you or anything, just saying. |

Guess what? This happens at EVERY store you shop at.
Just because I don't laugh in your face, doesn't mean that I don't laugh about you when you're gone. And when you're rude to me and I smile the whole time and kiss your ass while you're in front of me, you should know that the whole time I'm trying to find a way to get you the hell out of the store so I can help someone that is actually going to be respectful.
We live in a world with harsh realities and this is one of them. I recommend you watch the movie "Waiting" and note the attitudes they have towards customers. There's more fact than fiction there.
I would even wager that they have a good laugh in the CCP offices over some of the crap posted kn these forums too. Does that mean that they don't show appreciation to their customers? No it just means that they aren't allowed to tell you what they really think about you. |

I have seen Waiting a few times and although it's very funny, I would not recommend you base your customer relations skills on a bunch of losers from a movie, that will definitely lead to you being unemployed 95% of the time, just a bit of free career advice for you dumb-ass! On the same note, I have personally worked in customer relations or directly providing a service for customers for an approximate 15 years of my 20 year working life, outside of my software development jobs, and I never laugh at customers in the manner that you brag that you do... to their faces or behind their backs, but then again, I consider myself to be a reasonable person whereas you, on the other hand, are evidently quite the jerk! Have fun being a d!ck! |

I've had a CSR do that with me before.
One customer came in, and gave him a hard time. She leaves after he resolves the issue, then he looks at me rolls his eyes and laughs about her calling her *****. I laughed with him, but I really considered that guy an ******* for doing that.
What kind of smacktard actually DOES his job, just to stand there and complain about it afterwards?
Next time you jive with one of your regulars over how stupid some other customer seems, don't forget that the customer you're talking to could very well think of you as a douchebag for doing that. Now that's hard reality. |
