This is really impeding our ability's to keep track of our corporations financial records. ( yes we do keep track )

Ignore the second part as it's just a somewhat related annoyance. The more I think about it separate headers for different types of transactions set up similarly to how your mail is set up(same format) would work better with separate expiration queues(so that a tax line wouldn't bump a donation or withdrawal).

Filter by character, filter by tax, filter by donation, filter by transfers should allow you the flexibility to pick what you want to see. There is one other thing, wallet divisions would be helpful. This allows directors to split isk into piles for different activities. If you are donating to the corp it goes into X division. If your tax is going to the corp it automatically goes to Y division and if you are paying mercs for services rendered on the battlefield then it gets transferred from Z division. Allowing a filter set on any one of the divisions would show any aberrant behavior (skimming off the top) and provide one more set of safeties for corporations with large member and director bases.
