I think heavies are fine. I run a heavy suit and i got 506 shields and 803 armour. The only change is mabey make the hmg a little better at mid range. Make it havebetter dispersion or less heat up for the hmg like before it got nerfed in 1.4 |

I have a Sentinel with 1600 hp and i STILL get soloed when I have the jump on people. I know damn well it's not me things just do crazy DPS. Try the hmg, at close range nothing beats a hmg heavy |

sub 20m nothing outdamages a HMG, it can deal 900 dps. the SMG and AR are not even close to capable of dealing such amounts of dps. that dps obviously comes with drawbacks, namely range and accuracy. you cant really expect to do this dps beyond that range, it would be totally overpowered.
the new buildings helped HMG too. they offer alot of cover and chokepoints. you are simply doing it wrong if you arent able to utilize this That's a lie. The proto HMG does 660 DPS. |

The proto HMG does 660 DPS. ok, time for a lesson. 19.8 * 1.15 (skills) * ~1.2 (dmg mods) => ~27 damage per shot with 33.3 rounds per second thats around 900 dps. I might be wrong thought cause I dont have the possibility to check it right now That's assuming you are going for max dps. The amarr heavy cant even have 2 damage mods. Also there's stacking penaltys |

Add some proper dispersion to ar type weapons so spraying doesn't work at range and people have to burst fire it for accuracy (again like rl) and we will reach a better spot with everything.
Disclaimer: I am a scout I think all we need is the sentinel skill changed to 3% damage resistance per level and a small buff to HMG range and/or spread
