I can't even tell for sure if it's easier to get/keep the cross hair on an enemy with or without aim-assist. It honestly seems to be just as subtle as it was back in Chromosome -- we didn't have a problem with it back then. Hell, people were even questioning if the setting had any effect IIRC (or was that the earlier builds?).
The hit detection seems overly generous however. Maybe not at range, but certainly at close quarters. If it was aim-assist your cross hair would be *on* them but it isn't. Spray and pray hip-fire kills without even having to point at the enemy. |

It was glitched and inconsistent, but when it flared up, it was horrible, and people complained about it being horrible when it was working, and failing to kick in at all a lot of the time. |

Hard to tell if it is hit detection working as intended.
We all knew that hit detection was sketchy at best before 1.4 Now with Aim assist AND hit detection overhauled, we dont know what to blame for our QQ. I think the game is working now, It is FUN again. Fundamentals never paid off so well.

Haha, fair enough. What I meant was that no one had a problem with it being too powerful, even when it worked as intended. |
