Just my thoughts on the subject what good is cover if aimbot just shoots over it? you can use cover before as well, now its just easy to die and get killed no matter how skilled you are
The only thing lost is the strafing ADD mentality as an effective strategy that we had which abuses lag, if that is acceptable why not include endless bunny hoping as well as that is also part of competitive play by the standards outlined which is also prevalent in many first person shooters.
Cover around corners works wonders, mid combat is also more distant due to fear of closing in the distance, and cqc is now more dynamic than ever with the loss of visuals. Positioning has gotten a lot stronger due to the loss of exposed players no longer being able to left/right/left/right dodge everything |
