You can purchase a district from the friendly bro's at EON. That would be your best bet. Or try to get a spot on Planet Fight Club so you can battle other small corporations to gain practice. I don't know the full name, but you should contact ChicagoCubs if you're interested. Hope you get a district, and ENJOY! |

Don't buy a district....attack and fight your way into pc. Attack a corp that you will have a chance at beating. If you'd like to know which corps to attack, then you can ask advice on those.
But the best way to get into pc and to last is to take someone's district...let people know that you aren't playing around. |

my bad cubs...don't mean to ****block on your business :).
Just when guys are looking to get into pc...the first thing that they try to do is buy land or try to get into PFC where they know their district will be safe. Instead of doing it the old fashioned way, they try to loop around it. I'm from the old school (lol) where you had to pay at least $160M to take a district over two days. |

Generally you fight for the district
These days you can cry at big bad EoN and ask CCP to open up more areas so you click for a district and not fight for it which is generally called the 'CRONOS method' |

You need to find a district that suits your corps prime time and attack it with a clone pack.
If you wish to get some practice in a "safe" enviroment, please feel free to attack DSI's PFC district, contact me in game for more infomation.
