More prevalent on the armor dropships.
When you aim anywhere near the lower/front part of the ship it rips the turret out of your hand and slaps it alongside the ship facing straight forward.
Basically resets your turret every 2 seconds when you're tracking targets or the ship is rotating.
Its TERRIBLE and has been like this since uprising.
CCP, are you even aware of what I'm talking about?? Is that why it's not been addressed of commented on at all yet? |

This problem is with all small turrets, dropship, tank it doesn't matter. As soon as you move the missiles start flying everywhere except where you were aiming.
Blaster turrets seem to be the only turret able to actually shoot were aimed. Small railgun turrets just need to dissapear and be remade as well.
Different issue.
You're talking about the wonky trajectories of the missiles themselves.
I'm talking about physically moving the turret around to aim, EVEN if you never fire a shot.
yes, if you're in a vehicle and move slightly the missile will simple blast off in an entirely opposite direction than anything you were aiming at. Separate issue. Very noticeable with tanks |

Separate issue. Very noticeable with tanks I understand the issue you are speaking about, the one where the turrets on dropships "snap back" to a reset position if you try to look too far forwards of the dropship, or also directly below the dropship. Yes its very annoying. I just think this problem is the same problem we have had since uprising regarding small turrets. Sorry I should have been more clear, but yes you are spot on. The issue is very annoying.
Well they could be related, but I seem to recall small missiles being crazy at aiming long before uprising. Whereas the Snap-Back bug was introduced with uprising for sure.
I did not know blasters were also affected by this aiming discrepancy though, explains why I can never kill something with them in lav or tank
