Is it an art issue or a design issue?
If it's a design & QA/QC issue... dude... just throw those ******* on the market with what you have... it's not going to work right the first time regardless so better to get them up and running. Hell just get the basic frames in if you're not sure where you want to go with racial bonuses yet. THAT should be easy-as-**** enough.
Gallente Heavy 2x high, 3x low ... Caldari/Minmatar Heavy: 3x highs, 2x lows ... flex the base stats to reflect racial differences similar to medium frames. Just get them OUT THERE.
Caldari light: more high slots and higher base shields. Amarr light: more low slots and base armor but slower.

I wouldn't be surprised if they are planning on tiercide and introducing the new suits/weapons at the same time it takes effect. No point creating all those suits with various tiers if you have to completely rebalance them again a few months down the line.

Animating machine rendering is a tedious task, only amplified by this community's hostility toward any imperfection.
My guess is probably 1.7/8, which will probably be the final patch before another named version. |

If the Amarr Scouts are "slower" by the same degree as the relationship between other suits, they'll be the same speed as a Minmatar Assault/Medium. If their HP is just a bit higher, as per other scouts, the Minmatar will be the same speed but with more HP than an Amarr Scout.
e.g. current: Assault move/sprint: 5.3/7.4 - Minny 5/7 - Cal/Gal 4.8/6.7 - Amarr
Scout: 5.7/7.9 - Minny 5.5/7.6 - Gal
Assaults as scouts are already preferred by many people, a Scout with fewer hp and the same speed as an assault would be as pointless as a second rectum. |
