Caldari heavies are gonna suck compared to armour heavies Minmatar shield heavy that can run 25% faster than the current one, can fit a damage mod or two, have pretty decent shield HP, but also can whip around that HMG with some other kind of bonus to it will be a lethal HMG user. Hell probably basically end up being the tanky version of a caldari proto logi but with an HMG and a sidearm and no equipment.

(Assuming the bonuses predictably go where they should.) Could change it up if the hypothetical Gallente heavy weapon or Amarr heavy weapon are nifty, though. I will attempt to refrain from my usual raging that these things are not in game yet.

I know armor heavies can get hit pretty bad by locus nades but adv fluxes will do an easy 600 shield damage at the very edge of their blast radius. Heavies will be too slow to get out of the radius in time and pretty much have no counter to flux nades.

I actually want a shield heavy, but theres no arguing with these facts unfortunately, the flux's will make them almost useless or so it seems. Cant wait to see how stuff plays out.
