Yes TP is still at the top, it took far too long for the rest of the community to recoup from the LoI and ROFL failings and figure out the meta game. The scale is starting to tip, slowly but surely. EoN wasnt founded in one day, nor with the alliance that beats them be founded in one day, or one week, or even one month.
