Hi I was playing a match yesterday, I was coming up to an objective and I noticed that I saw blue coloured explosive icons around said objective.
I thought 'ahh that's fine they are friendly', so I went to hack the objective.
Next thing I know I exploded. It was not a PC battle so FF wasn't on. Also the kill feed told me I was killed by a red dot.
Am I meant to be able to see the enemy remote explosives? And If so can we get them changed to RED so I dont go assuming they are friendly.

I erm hide my RE's on top of enemy ones from time to time to disguise them so yeah might have been that kind of thing. Or an enemy had mined the point and you couldn't see them but a bluedot had also mined it at somepoint. When you respawned were the blue ones still there or did you not get to check? |

I was not able to check. It is possible they were overlaid , I had not thought of this. I seem to recall the blue explosives being gone afterwards, but would they have not been destroyed in the explosion anyway?
I guess my only option is to always throw a grenade into an objective, clear it out first. Only problem is I dont always have any explosives left by the time I get to hack. |

Or you could shoot them. If you have an LAV, you can get them with missile splash as well. |

If a red shoots a blue RE and kills you it counts as their kill with their RE |

I wonder why it takes so long to stop the capacity to put RE inside objectives? Makes for an amateurish look. |
