Yup at least So not having enough SP into proto gear shouldnt be a problem and neither should numbers but we will see what excuses pop up By then O_o Wouldn't there be like a bigger gap in proto gear or something? I mean I don't know how EVE does it but 40-50 Mil SP is more than enough to conquer the whole damn SP system two times.
But 40-50mil is more than enough to skill into at least 1 area |

Get Better.
Honestly the ONLY issue is that it's mostly indie corps with little experience in PC(compared to major corporations) and with a lot of players that have less than 7 Mil SP(thus lacking the capability for some things).
But if this war continues players will do just that. If we continue pass this week, pass a month, I think Eon would have a far harder time at keeping districts.

First, mad respect to all of the organizations involved in this attack. There have been some fun battles, and much ISK was made (and spent ) EoN. asked for this attack repeatedly, and in no way, shape, or form have I seen anyone in EoN. complaining about these attacks. We're all about WAAARRRRRR!!! dude :-)
Anyway, there is a correlation between the number of participants involved in a battle and the level of coordination required to be successful in said battle... the contention that larger-scale conflict will favor non-EoN. participants is laughable. The PC map could be 20 times larger and the situation would be similar to the status quo. Because we have some of the best logicians and field commanders in the game.
... why do you think TP is the powerhouse it is? Besides being awesome in general at the individual level, their FCs have a solid grasp of tactical play, strategic/meta play, and game mechanics, and they are the ~25 dudes with the longest running track record of operating TOGETHER as a close-knit group in high level competition at this point in the game. They have worked hard to be where they are and if you're looking for a roadmap to success, those three key points are your waypoints to success, and your starting point is getting along with your bros who share a common vision and are as or more committed to the organization in the long-term than to the game itself.
In broader terms, this applies to EoN. as well. There is no organization out there that has more PC experience overall than the EoN. playerbase. The depth and strength in the alliance is actually rarely appreciated for what it really is. From the ground up recruitment of corps and members was based on quality, ensuring players can generally win the 1v1s that are the heart of battle. Beyond that, the alliance is a beautiful blend of strong corporations that can stand alone with solid FCs, as well as the ability to immediately call for assistance in times of need.
Over time, this has facilitated extremely smooth integration when players from different corps play for another corporation's FC, as well as ties of loyalty to the broader organization as individuals play with others throughout the alliance - you even see people moving from one EoN. corp to another for various reasons and this rarely causes problems. ****, I'm getting a kitten just thinking about this. Mad bro love up in here. <3
Just grabbing 16 players from 10 different corporations and saying "hey, let's go fight!!!" is nothing but an unorganized pub match with more people screaming into the mic. It takes more than that to be successful in a competitive team-oriented game.
The Anti-Eon Coalition needs to start from the ground up. Recover from this loss in this war and actually form an alliance. You guys need a solid Leader who can put this alliance together. He is the new Messiah and I'm not sure who he is yet. Get over individual pride and start working to build something before you try to destroy something else. But seriously, the list of "Anti-EoN" organizations is laughably long and just demonstrates how un-integrated you guys are. ROFL? LOI? CRONOS? Why are you not flying the same flag at this point if you truly want to contest control of Molden Heath?
Team-queued faction warfare is going to be a great training ground. Spend several months forging your alliance membership into a cohesive entity, train up squad leaders and field commanders, and then come at us with an actual battle plan whereby the premise is something other than overwhelming timers and hoping for no-shows.
Good Luck. |

This presumes EoN. would over-reach and allow itself to be put in such a situation... or that such a situation would even pose an existential threat. I also question whether "The Community" would be able to even put together 200+ people for attacks like that... a focused 128 EoN could respond to multiple uncoordinated attacks from outside; it's the coordination and cohesion that needs to be worked on. That starts at the squad level and you move UP... relying on RTS zerg strategies is going to fail because you have nothing to hold your army together in the Long Term. |

Back on topic. It's going against all our efforts and history repeating for us to form up :I. I'm very much in favor of casual corporations. That is actually what the majority of the player base hangs out in IMO. Hop on, grab a few pub matches with friends, log off and go watch netflix with the wife and kiddos. KEWL! That's an awesome way to enjoy Dust.
But if you ARE in a "casual" corp/alliance, quit bitching that you can't compete with organizations that put more effort into the game.

You can choose to not have land, that's your choice. The main way to get money in DUST is owning districts. Like it or not. |

Here is some advice bud,
When the rebellion is crushed, you're better off dismantling your corp and laying low for a couple of months.
We have a list, and I can ensure that any Indie corp on this list will never hold land in Molden Heath again. As much fun as this rebellion is, you knowly attacked the hand that feed you. Actions have consequences and examples need to be set.
Like I said, lay low and maybe attempt this PC again in a few months

>inb4 General Tso's Alliance
Tso's is a casual alliance, not a hardcore PC one.
Back on topic. It's going against all our efforts and history repeating for us to form up :I. I'd rather we all learn from this whether win or lose and begin to develop our corporations further along to the point where we're truly independent. I personally want to aid in making non-PC corps to help diversify the game but that's a bridge that has to be crossed when I get there.
Here is some advice bud, When the rebellion is crushed, you're better off dismantling your corp and laying low for a couple of months. We have a list, and I can ensure that any Indie corp on this list will never hold land in Molden Heath again. As much fun as this rebellion is, you knowly attacked the hand that feed you. Actions have consequences and examples need to be set. Like I said, lay low and maybe attempt PC again in a few months

What's the damn purpose if we end up making ourselves into a big bad alliance instead of having our own indie corps? I don't want to join Lol, Cronos, or any other alliance in here not because I don't respect them, far from it actually, but because I'd rather be independent.

A bit serious eh? Well I guess we have to Adapt or Die. If you manage to hang his clone I'll for one be upset due to we can hang people and not sit on our couches. Personally fighting in this war for my right to sit down, my legs hurt.

reggie, you ever thought of getting a hobby, like listening to barry white, or watching the golden girls with Betty white. or smoking some pot. though i wouldn't know a lot of about this stuff(except barry white), i would believe it would make people less psycho. |
