The way to beat Eon.
Get Better.
Honestly the ONLY issue is that it's mostly indie corps with little experience in PC(compared to major corporations) and with a lot of players that have less than 7 Mil SP(thus lacking the capability for some things).
But if this war continues players will do just that. If we continue pass this week, pass a month, I think Eon would have a far harder time at keeping districts.
:< I'd just worry about the coalition NOT becoming an alliance in the midst of things. |

:< I'd just worry about the coalition NOT becoming an alliance in the midst of things. What about SI? AE? LoI? Nyan? ROFL? The reason EoN is so good is that they have been fighting CRONOS for what? 4 months? If the war passes a week then it will last... The coalition doesn't need to be an alliance, nor should it become one.
SI, AE, Lol, Nnyan, and ROFL have gave them decent-to-good fights with a few wins(2-4) from what I've heard. Imagine the whole coalition could be as good as that? A MUCH better chance. Add to the fact that we have a communication channel(regardless of spies and whatever else threatens to disrupt communication) where we can easily relay information on strategy and also add in that our strategies will get better overtime.
It's a much better situation then than now. |

LOL how many SP should each player have by then ?! 40-50 mil?
Yup at least So not having enough SP into proto gear shouldnt be a problem and neither should numbers but we will see what excuses pop up
By then O_o Wouldn't there be like a bigger gap in proto gear or something? I mean I don't know how EVE does it but 40-50 Mil SP is more than enough to conquer the whole damn SP system two times. |

I appreciate the effort but you gotta gtfoh with that Alliance business. I say this for one reason and one reason only. We'll end up JUST like you guys. What's the damn purpose if we end up making ourselves into a big bad alliance instead of having our own indie corps? I don't want to join Lol, Cronos, or any other alliance in here not because I don't respect them, far from it actually, but because I'd rather be independent.

Tso's is a casual alliance, not a hardcore PC one.
Back on topic. It's going against all our efforts and history repeating for us to form up :I. I'd rather we all learn from this whether win or lose and begin to develop our corporations further along to the point where we're truly independent. I personally want to aid in making non-PC corps to help diversify the game but that's a bridge that has to be crossed when I get there.

I'm very much in favor of casual corporations. That is actually what the majority of the player base hangs out in IMO. Hop on, grab a few pub matches with friends, log off and go watch netflix with the wife and kiddos. KEWL! That's an awesome way to enjoy Dust. But if you ARE in a "casual" corp/alliance, quit bitching that you can't compete with organizations that put more effort into the game. It's like me getting all "Rawwr!!! Coca Cola is the evil empire!!! FU!!!!" and hanging that sign on my lemonade stand on the street corner.
._. Who's bitching? You see my corp trying to do something about it right? Or are you just speaking "universally"? |
