Does some of you exchange isk between the two game with fellow players, and if yes at which ratio ?
CCP said that when they will make isk transfer possible between the two game there will be a tax of 90% or even more for the money sent from EVE to dust (like sending 10 EvE isk to receive 1 in dust) |

I think you can indirectly transfer ISK between DUST and EVE is via corp donations and payments. Have your EVE character put the money you want into the corporation then get a director or a CEO to transfer that money to your DUST character, this also works the other way around.
This means that your EVE and DUST character should be in the same corp though, but it works. |

Bleh with how much some corps have now a tax is pointless. Pc is isk farmville. They should open it up let dust be an isk sink for eve. |

Just imagine, there are new and young corporations who don't have big corp wallet money. They have the ability to generate corporation money without waiting or asking for donations. |

seems my mail question was not correctly written
I know that it's not directly possible exchange money between EvE and Dust
But considering you know somebody who play EVE who need money in Dust and who is ready to give to your Character in EVE some money (yes i mean some level of confidence.... that why Kain Spero is offering his third party service  )
Then my question is : how much EvE isk you ask for, for example 100 Dust isk
And new question to Kain Spero : what is the % you take for the service

There are not percentages taken. Everything is included in the exchange rates.

It's not possible to exchange Eve ISK for Dust ISK... yet.
CCP's plan is to initially impose a heavy tax on transfers going from Eve to Dust due to the economic disparity of the ISK values between both games. As the economies of both games merge and as the disparity of the ISK value between the two diminishes, the tax will slowly be reduced until both games are at an economic equilibrium. Once that happens, both games will have free reign to exhange ISK without restrictions. |
