Add more incentives to player made corps first, like corp armories and item trading.
Then we can start penalizing people in NPC corps.
Otherwise everyone would just do what I do and make swathes of 1 man corps. Corp overflow. |

I still don't think it's an exploit and I still the 0% is the better choice, for now.
I'm pretty sure CCP will change the NPC corp tax once there's more to player corps than just PC battles. |

Sort of. Although I expect it to be more like:
1.4 - Corp Taxes, NPC tax at 0%
1.5 - Vehicle Patch
1.6 - Director Roles
1.7 - Corporation Deploy in FW
1.8 - Bug Fixes
1.9 - Corp Armories
2.0 - More bug fixes/ NPC corp tax now set to 11%

By Director Roles, I assume you mean "more roles aside from CEO/Director for Dust Mercs".

Yeah, and that's good reason to not have a tax right now, but I can see it be added in the future if only to encourage joining player corps.
It'd be a small tax though. |
