Well, I agree but sometimes people forget that this is something really new, a MMO on a console that is working towards a full connection with another MMO on a different platform. So this is something akin to getting a man on the moon, and there were problems along the way there. Did people troll the NASA space program when things didn't go according to plan? Or did they get back on the horse and help provide solutions?

We do listen to player feedback and some of them do make it into the game. It would be a lie to say that is not so. I know that it's taken longer than most of you on the forums would like, but it does take time to workout a solution when one is trodding down a path never traveled. A few of you on the forums have been with us all this time, so I am just asking you guys to keep on providing helpful feedback and a little less hate. Hope that's not too much to ask.

OP, you are an absolute moron if you don't get the analogy. Have you ever created a game of one genre on one platform that directly connects and interacts with a different genre of a different platforms and not have problems?

Now throw in a dynamic player run economy, full blown industry, figuring out how to generate tens of thousands of maps for tens of thousands of planets, how to make it work with Eve online sovereignty warfare, faction warfare, and the meta game with politics, and you got yourself a game so complex that it may as well be easier to put a man on the moon.

To your knowledge has there ever been a console game attached to a PC game in the history of gaming?

I for one Support CCP Cmdr Wangs comments this is a very difficult task to accomplish, people are assuming that because the in game economies aren't linked yet then clearly its not being worked on.
Or that because no new content has come out that people in CCP HQ are sitting on their arse twiddling their thumbs.

The reality is they are working very hard in small teams in order to bring this stuff to you as soon as they can and they are trying to get it right and no amount of whining and bitching is going to bring it out quicker!

I was actually offended by CCP Cmdr Wang's statement. How dare you compare this to NASA's lunar landings. You're not even close to being in the same category for comparison.

@OP Have you ever considered that they are working on 2 versions of the game, to run on 2 different Architectures. I agree the game is not where it should be, both for performance and feature set. But they launched this game (ps3 version) So close to the announcement of the PS4, knowing full well that they needed to start work on the PS4 version.

And remember while there planning features like the player driven market place or PVE they have to tie it into the Lore and Meta game, while at the same time not unbalancing/wrecking the EVE side meta game.

Don't worry GTA-V, with your neurosis and hair trigger attacks against CCP, I'm sure Fox News will be offering you a job soon.
