If it is a Starship strike, and is the laser, yea, it's a 2-4 hit KO, but the hybrid ones unless skilled up on EVE side, or precision strikes, then it's easily avoidable or tankable. Wait, why are you trying to sit under a OB? That's stupid.

If I have stopped for whatever reason and then get orbital thrown at me 9 out of 10 times I can either get out of it in time or just sit there not noticing that I got orbital on me (reppers on and in ADS in which case you can hear the orbital but not see it) but that 1 time out of 10 I am dead before I even begin to accelerate. EDIT: and if I happen to sit in orbital it is because I do not see it and in which case I usually only know that I have been hit with orbital is because someone in comms says something like "dude you just survived an orbital"... and then I'm like "wait, I was in orbital?"

Compared to a Starship strike, it does about 50-75% power depending on skills. Weird, being a ******* cap ship.

If I fired at you with a OB in my OB frig, you would get get popped in 4 hits. 3 with my OB destroyer.
