Was gonna rant 'bout 1.4, then saw OP was Charlotte. So instead:
I think the ar is UP at the moment, I meant it can't one shot people, nor does it have splash damage, and its certainly useless against vehicles. It desperately needs a buff, preferably in those three categories, to further ensure its usefulness on the field.  |

In light of the Mass Driver functioning as intended again...I'd say it's a worthy of being a side-by-side option to the AR. So its not niche anymore. Source: I am a MD main.
