We must stop asking to nerf eachother (MD and FG included).
Instead, we must stand up for eachother in every nerf-non-AR thread ever.

Was gonna rant 'bout 1.4, then saw OP was Charlotte. So instead:
I think the ar is UP at the moment, I meant it can't one shot people, nor does it have splash damage, and its certainly useless against vehicles. It desperately needs a buff, preferably in those three categories, to further ensure its usefulness on the field.  |

I plodded along with my SG and MD (Before 1.2 'fixed' MD). I held out on skilling ARs as long as I could. I then tried them last week and haven't looked back. They are just too good.
CCP likes charts and graphs and I am sure in time they will look over the weapon usage stats and see how successful the majority is with the various weapons and tweak accordingly. Meanwhile my invested SP will hold its place for the day that my lonely SG becomes a viable main weapon again. |

I have begun a new Crusade as my fight for tank supremacy has finally come to fruition in 1.5
Now, I will begin mt quest to end AR 514. Honestly, a fix to aiming would help a lot, though, for most weapons. I don't mind getting OHKd by speed tanked scouts with shotguns as long as the AR community cries until they dehydrate and expire.
Those who know me understand the wrath my posts can unleash on the forums and no number of bans can stop me in my quest.

I agree with the OP, if your not using an AR support those players who are also not using the AR. There should be exceptions to this, as in where the Flaylock was a no skill win button. The MD as a whole is fine and shouldn't be nerfed, esp with the changes to armor coming out.

You have a point, but D. Bags with absolutely no skill who drive LLAVs and snipe with forge guns who ***** about everything playing on Oceania shouldn't be able to comment on how their OP toy shouldn't be changed.
The only change the forge gun needs is to change it to a lock on weapon. |

All other weapons are generic grunt filth.
In light of the Mass Driver functioning as intended again...I'd say it's a worthy of being a side-by-side option to the AR. So its not niche anymore. Source: I am a MD main. |
