Feel free to list your own. Please provide links if possible.
Aiming improved greatly in 1.4
Vehicle burn damage, gone.
Strafeing speed reduced, and armour getting buffed.
Team Kong gives us a better laser sight.
New scanners in 1.4
1.4 fixes that box that you can hide in
charged scrambler rifle hit dection fixed/improved in 1.4 Injector no longer conflicting with hack Switching weapons quickly causes weapon to stay and "stack" graphically with the previous one - Dead clones still standing in attack position Forced weapon switch after nanite injector use all fixed or improved Thats all the goodies i could find. Please feel free to add more, or list rumoured ideas!

If I remember right they also rework the collision model for LAVs for 1.4 and there is at least one new terrain if I am not totally mistaken |

Yup if I recall right CCP Wolfman stated this, still missing a few more things from public realm for 1.4 on the list, and of course the entire list is much shorter than the patch notes I seen so far. |

Please tell me you guys fixed the dropships issues and have Increased missile launchers range and splash damage, I mean its a missile launcher that has less range and splash damage area of effectiveness then some handheld weapons. |

Ah if I remember correctly from IRC the HMG operation skill changes from heat reduction to recoil reduction and gallente suits skill get a armor bonus of some sort (guess this refers to the gal assault) |
