I want FF and I think this will balance it.
TKers contract isk will be transferred to victims up to the cost lost by the victim, after the isk pool is drained a severe penalty goes into effect.
The Tker gets black listed and loses the ability to take up contracts from npc corps and active sp at the end of the match. Your current status as black listed for the rest of your team to take advantage of. Also any future matches you play will place you by yourself with no allies and will highlight your status in the game when detected with a symbol and anyone who kills you gets rewarded greatly with isk and items after the match.
Forgiveness: -Rehabilitation: -25% SP Memory Wipe This will keep the Tkers/Alts away from high sp players
Restoration: -PVE isk will be granted to victims until cost is covered two fold, no active sp gained until debt is forgiven

I would LOVE FF. Would teach blue dots from getting in front of me when i am about to destroy a tank. |

FF is quite needed in the game with how many explosives their are, even if FF only did 25-50% damage it would teach people not to unload recklessly. It would deffinately be something the Forge gunners, Mass Driver people would hate since they could no longer just fire wildly into crowds and get kills with no penalties. |

I'm in favor of a game type where FF is active. I'm not in favor of this just becoming a FF game.
That's a pretty huge mechanic to alter. It would change too much about how this game is played. Every weapon with splash damage would require a more careful approach, mass drivers and grenades would completely ruin random instant battles because people are idiots. Even with FF Ricochet, that's a direct nerf to all weapons with splash damage.
If you want a separate playlist for FF, cool, it'll probably be underpopulated because I doubt the majority is interested in it. |

the way I see that is easy mode weapons and fighting becomes harder
spray and pray will actually require more praying and forethought. Mindless explosive spamming would also slow down to be more tactful, which in truth is what my main goal was, more tact less run and gun. OP weapons become less op if they can also get you in trouble. |

But as Ren said, it prob needs to be a different game mode at first, till most everybody is used to it.
Progressive switch BACK to FF.
That's right kids, we used to have FF in pubs. |
