The truth is the US has the most funded and technologically advanced military in the world. You can take any two military's in the world and combine there yearly defense budget and you will not come close to the US. If you think you can somehow gauge our military on our current power platform you are wrong. Key word is DARPA, DARPA is the US military's mad scientist division and is the creator of such wonderful inventions as HAARP and the weaponized drone. These along with scaler technology, railgun technology, and stealth technology will blow your freakin mind if you knew what we really have. The truth is the world has no clue what lurks behind our curtains. When the DDX destroyer and our new battle tanks come into play the world will marvel and tremble when they see the vast amount power one of these can deliver. Whatever the size of the US military, I can safely say it is not greater than the total number of citizens in Russia - and they wouldn't let anyone try and take their land.
