Pulling the fast food card to relate to an entertainment device shows your utter ignorance. The Last Airbender was made by M. Night Shamaylan..... It was a seemingly promising movie adaptation of Avatar: The Last Airbender, which is one of my favorite "Cartoons" (Canadian "Anime"). Had I paid to watch it fail I would have sat through it to get what I paid for, and then regret it as per buyer's remorse. I chose to avoid it b/c of Shamwowlon's fail track record, thankfully so.
Dragonball Evolution was a flipside to this scenario. I saw a terrible presentation & avoided it like the plague it is. I would compare DUST 514 to Street Fighter: The Movie..... SF is a great fighter, trailer displayed a degree of awesomeness, disappointment ensued..... CCP has a good track record with EVE, DUST 514 showed promising value, disappointment ensues.... Investments were made & buyer's remorse has set in. I will occasionally log in just to cap b/c I paid for it, and I will regret devaluing my investment should I quit.....but I will regret playing a shattered promise/broken dream (Catch 22). And as a consumer & founding supporter I have every right to voice my opinions (Mostly FACT) of the failure to deliver even a taste of the promised product.

Try maining as a Tanker or Dropship Pilot & then claim to have "FUN"..... Any scrub can hop in your investment & immediately devalue it, increase risk, decrease reward, force you to stop playing (Redline AFK), limit your options (Prevent Recall), steal vehicle when you hop out to rep or any other function (Accidental Circle/Triangle), and may ram you with other friendly vehicles (BPO LAVs) to damage friendly vehicles. Our turret aim is already affected by terrain (Even though reticle shows otherwise...), small bumps in terrain damage us significantly (Especially shields...), cannot aim vertically (Understandably so, but still...), draw distance is especially inconsistent & buggy, AV vs Vehicle imbalance (Solo AV wins), & even Militia will cost you an entire match while well-fit runs 5-20 matches of income (20 based on 100-150k average zero WP payout) @ Standard Tier.....which is all we have at the moment.
But yeah.....I'm glad your blindingly ignorant, selfish, zero $$$ invested, ISK cheap investment (Even @ Proto being max 170K/suit.....), inconsiderat, blind fanboy, wide-eyed innocence Newberry perspective is having "FUN" on DUST 514 @ the expense of us Vets..... I will now kindly tell you to go F**K yourself  |

Besides I knew they weren't going to hold fast to all the promises they made. Nobody ever does. Believing they would was your first mistake and that is why you feel the way you do.
