Base armor HP * 1.25 (Skill bonus) = 225 HP + 148.5 (Complex plate after the buff + 10%) * 4 = 819 armor + 80 base shields * 1.25 = 919 + 72.6 (single extender) = 991.6 HP
Now, you got 1 low slot for a armor repairer, which puts you at 11.65 hp/s. And you got two high slots, for either even more shields, OR two complex damage mods.
So in total: 991.6 eHP 11.65hp/s regen +20% damage And four equipment slots
I've said it before and I'll say it again: Drop the inherent 5hp/s regen and remove the extra high/low slots they got from the assault variant. you forgot to mention that you lack fitting afterwards and move 20% slower (which also means slower strafe speed => easy to hit)

And I could always use enhanced plates that only lose 20HP per plate and have 3% instead of 5%. first of all, enhanced plate lose 27 hp afters skills and second, you cleary dont know how stacking penalty works
and protip: do your math for cal logi now and you will see that after the changes, the gal logi wins by only ~80 points in HP against a cal logi... |

I do. I lose less and less per plate. This isn't really a "penalty" but I couldn't think of a name. haha you obviously have no clue, stacking penalty does not apply for the speed penalty =D
