Back in the old time, we were pumping quarters into arcade games.
I didn't mind back then to spend some (if not all) of my allowance into them for my enjoyment.
In the '80, 10$ was a lot of dough for a child! Still, I had no issues about spending that cash into short and hard video games.
Over time, interest into video games grew tremendously, but the mentality changed; Now, players want to have it all and free.
Up to now, I was reluctant at spending Aurums on expandable items (being a cheapass). But then I looked back at all the money I spent in the games I loved and compared the playtime and level of enjoyment I got from them respectively. I found out that Aurums gives out a better bang for the buck than the quarters system of yore.
Seing things from that perspective made a breach into my thick skull and the idea of using Aurums on expandable stuff made its way throught... |

...and thus, we became cheapasses. That's where the shift occurred! |

Yep, but your original copy won't offer you new gameplay. Ever.

Besides I'd rather not buy anything until this game finds its way to a stable place.
I'm kind of cheap too. But as time goes by, I've learned to put my time and bucks where my true and long-lasting interests are. |
