Broski, thanks for the support, but im talking about PROXIMITY EXPLOSIVES. you know, the AV ones?
They activate with vehicle incoming detection. They actually activate pretty effectively , just don't do enough damage to be a threat to ANY vehicle. (You would need 3 PROTO P.E. to take out a STD Saga Blue print , WTH?)

I know your talking proxies, and yes, LLAV, with enough speed, can just drive over them.
