Sorry to say, the experiment was a total failure! Even though you pay someone a mill a match, some still bi**h and complain about losing free suits! LMAO! It's just a game bro! These are the types of guys I DONT want to work with!

The main reason for the test was to see if a single squad could take and hold an objective from being retaken! The entire squad was to jump out of the dropship at maximum height (at same time) and land on the objective together.
The rest of the squad was unable to control downward decent and I landed on the objective solo until back up arrived.

What ruined the whole experience for me was having some guy crying in my ear the entire time! I was suppose to drop everything I was doing to call in an orbitals (including the dropship I was in) just for him? Reminds me of the forum! Nerf NOW, Buff NOW!

Some of the top players here got to where they are from having a good squad! I myself have earned my money and SP running solo since day one! Whats the point in having a squad if no one follows orders or sticks together?

One of the guys in the squad was fking sh*t up. Killing guys left and right on the blaster! Although we each had a lot of kills, we failed as a squad and lost the battle! If we would have had more support from the team in general, things may have turned out differently.

The bottom line:
To many guys care about how many they kill, instead of protecting the objective, pushing the enemy back and wining the match!
Winning is the ONLY thing I care about!

very interesting but if your payin for these guys you got to take control. tell the whiny punts to shut it! if they start breaking away from the objective get em back inline, let the red dots come to you. if they dont do what they're told dont pay em. you got ask em how they are doing. if they need support on their side and always keep 1 guy watching your back. even if the entire enemy team is coming at the front.
edit: its alright for guys that know what they're doin, they dont need to be told. but get random guys you need to guide them

Hmm, you stated in your post that you wanted protos and yet people came with regular suits? Idiots. For future events you should only pay out after the match and only if the players involved cooperated properly. Everyone interested in this knows they can trust you to pay out so this shouldn't be a problem for anybody serious about doing this.
