Well I don't know how full in depth it will be. I mean he could go the nuke it from orbit deal or just simply go in and screw every number up to make it work right. It will be through though. |

Rather than being frustrated about the uselessness of small turrets i'm pissed that I HAVE to have them on my tank. Why you can't leave an empty turret slot? I had the same frustration earlier until I realised:
They are there to keep vehicle hull PG/CPU versus module PG/CPU balancing sane. If you'd drop out your main turret it would be an entirely new vehicle type! (I was hoping to create a "APC" via that method).
To make things even more difficult, some of the same modules are supposed to be shared by LAVs and HAVs.

Does it have to be as harsh bonus as damage? Damage is something which everyone practically has to have maxed to stay competitive, also balancing has to be done from the perspective of maxed skills (especially max dps)
Consider some softer bonuses which still help. Perhaps less dispersion, less heat, accuracy over range etc.
Other terrible 'hard' bonuses are for example PG/CPU bonuses. |

Yeah all of the light turrets feel pretty weak for mounted weaponry. Buff them accordingly is my vote. |

They were decent in early beta - you could snipe tanks and infantry from halfway across the map. Now they can still kill a militia suit, if they hold still (which happens sometimes). |
