Idk, even in matches where I joined with 3 ticks left I still manage at least 1 kill, spawn, hack or something. All I know is, I still see guys running in circles in sockets or the mcc, so there must be some sort of incentive.

There would have to be a mechanism to urge the squad leader to issue commands, like an in game notification. Maybe the between match tip screen could display info about squad orders with frequency. I might be using the word meta in the wrong cont...

Might fix some blueberry problems. Scotty sorts all the unassigned blueberries into squads, highest meta is squad leader. Game notifies squad leader to issue squad commands from time to time. What do y'all think?

I usually have great luck figuring it out from the damage indicator and distance in the kill mail. I usually spawn back in with a gk.o scout, sniper, or incubus to exact my revenge.
