No blueprint.
It is a variation of the Commando mk.0 only found in the loyalty store in the market and obtainable only by using Loyalty Points, which can be received upon the completion of a Factional Warfare Contract.

It's a black and red AURUM variant of the Mk.0 assault.
It's exactly the same as the Proto Mk.0 minus the level requirement. I think you can use them at level 4 instead of 5. Not sure. I've been pro 5 on my Min Assault for a long time.
There is also the Republic Command M/1 ADV suit which is red and gray.
Neither of these suits are blueprints. They are consumables.
You can get them from the Minmatar combat pack definitely, or the Loyalty store possibly.

It is just a commando mk.0, but it requires less skill investment to use it...just like an aurum version of the commando mk.0
but instead of buying aurum with money, you play FW battles and spend the loyalty points on weapons, modules, dropsuits, vehicles, turrets or equipment

It is a salvage only assault suit. No different from assault mk0 aside from a cooler color scheme.
You're all puppets, tangled in strings. I had strings, but now, I'm free. There are no strings on me.

you know, for 3$ you get 90 (something like that) proto min assault suits, and 90 'Blisterrain' Six Kin ACR's and a heap more stuff!!! Best deal

The "Renegade" is the BPO commando.
Republic Command Mk.0 and Republic Commando are not the same thing.
