Without a single calculation, i can tell the amarr assault is fine as it is. Being fast is great advantage when there are a lot of covers, but have 1 m/s more than someone else will most likely not save you, even in a 5 square meters open area.

Must agree because in game numbers. SCR and HMG need to be looked at. Don't start with no SCR in PC, everybody knows that automatic weapons are used just because bad framerate.
