I noticed this too. Other people misunderstood what I was talking about, but I've double checked it. Cat, do you have minmatar dropsuits trained? (specifically minnie logi?) I do and I see the same 1hp armor rep on my minmatar basic assault suit...

Another factor, is that I noticed it takes less skill points for all of the shield modules, compared to the armor modules. I haven't double checked the numbers, but it looked like there were a bunch of higher skills necessary for the armor mods.

According to the wording, the new description for the Gallente Enforcer HAV gives a bonus to Blaster damage, not hybrid (blaster and rail) So only blaster, only after Enforcer skill is trained, and only on the Enforcer HAV?

It's awesome. Yes, there is comedy and teething pains, as well as a weird adjustment coming back into pub matches where it's off- but it adds like 4x fun and complexity to the playstyle/gungame. Not to mention strategy involving orbitals.

nope. I'm loving it. I specced into stuff that works, and PC is freaking awesome, and the new hit detection makes strafe/1v1/1vX fights super fun. Rewards ADS, teamwork, and the graphics are sexy.
