1. help tickets - in Technical Support/Bugs [original thread]
On this same page.. go to the tab in the upper right corner under EVE universe. Click on the "Dust 514" tab. On that screen you should see you name/log in in the middle of the upper screen. A drop menu will reveal the ability to submit a ticket.

I got a response today. I have no complaints. They responded in less then two days...but it was an easy issue. I think they are all in Dust mode still.

I tried to put in a help ticket and after typing it all out and hitting "submit" it kicks me into a screen that says I need to login...which I was. I have done tickets before...did I just devolve? Anyone else?

In PCs every squad has a scanner...that means every trap placed is seen and called out. I understand PC isn't the standard the game is designed around but... I beg a reassessment.

Does the Caldari heavy delay of one second actually stay at one second?...heard a rumor it is actually 4 seconds. Especially after getting hit when shields are depleted.

Just had a game...floating links,I believe, can only be killed by Assault dropship missiles with direct hits. The splash does not register or reach. These uplinks float as the pictures indicate. They also will float on the tower of this same struc...

I just tested the uplink and a flux killed it fine. I didn't have an AR on me. This was a PC and I killed my own with ease. When I can I will try the AR.

They are popping up more and more...maybe players are learning specific spots...most annoying is the "neck" of the mushroom on biomass. Not even flux's kill these things.
