From the video it looks like the scrambler rifle is has terrible spread but has a cool hold down the triggers for an effective blast/beam shot. Suit could be a gallente heavy, but is moving a little too fast for a heavy.

I think they should add a [racial] combat doctrine skill for each of the races each giving a damage bonus to racial weapons and a Hp bonus to racial suits. Means they would hav e to flag every piece of kit with a race. But Im down with that.
