i quit putting points into the turning speed because it did not appear to work. small rocket turret to be specific. but when i ride in an ADS with someone skilled in that, i definitely tell the difference

to OP sniping is a tool of recon class not a class by itself i use a sniper rifle everyday, while not flawless, its still doable. not gamebreaking like oh i dont know like invisable shotguns that appear after im dead
