yes. you can 3 boosters. so with your stack, if you got 5000sp, it would give you + 5000 (omega) + 5000 (2x active) = 15000sp. *EDIT* actually more like 14000, because some of the 5000sp earned includes loyalty rank bonus, which cannot be boosted.
