Even 3% per level would be imbalanced, since it equals the 1 PG upgrade I fitted right now. Thus, this would allow another dmg module, which is sick.

From a tankers point of view, two guys sneaking up with AV grenades (->instagib), Swarms from really high grounds +invisible (->surpresses you totally) and 3 people flanking behind you with swarms / FG (->instagib) are the biggest problem.
