no ammo. However mass effect has a great system that can be tweaked and applied to eve. Instead ammo, you can "equip" thermal rounds. This is a single item that effects all ammo in the gun. This allows for some variation.

because once your armor and shields are gone the drop goes down. You are still alive, but your suit is powered down. That is why you get a suicide button. If anything they should add HP instead of hull. But it's just your bleed out hp.

yes it will be pilotable. The very 1sp map in the 1st phase of beta moved this but had npcs controlling the movement and turrets the MCC would place. but it was awesome
