You also have to remember that Minmatar are also the 'myofibril' race and so if fitted don't require as much systems as a shield or damage mod. In 1.8 I believe they're essentially giving us more options for shields on the new suits, so we can fit...

Faster shield regen for all classes (as far as I could see) more precise suit scaners on many Min getting hacking bonus on most suits (except heavie) Hacking bonus on all logi's (stacked with Min bonus) Yeah I'm looking forward to trying it out....
