Gallente is for air to ground assaults. The only reason to go Caldari is assault Caldari dropships for dogfighting. Caldari is inferior choice for air to ground assault, it's only role is for dogfighting.

unlock complex damage mods (+10%) asap. anything less than those are garbage especially the %3 militia. fit 2 complex in high slot. no need to unlock proto rifle and they can be used with other light weps
